Education and Training
Experience has proven that education provides the best avenue to safety and legislative compliance. Education must therefore be real and relevant. We have trained thousands of people from different industries with exceptional results.
Training material for example includes applicable legislation, responsibilities and accountabilities of employees and employers, hazardous area classification, selection of Ex equipment and systems, intrinsic safe system certification, earthing / grounding requirements, required documentation and record keeping, types of explosion protection techniques, Explosion Protected Equipment (EPE) / Explosion Protected Apparatus (EPA) Intrinsic Safe (IS) inspections, educational requirements of inspectors, maintainers, repairers and modifiers including managers, and the list continues and is updated continuously.
Educational levels and assessment levels are adapted to the audience and client requirements. Certification is provided after the assessments has been completed. Refresher courses are of the same quality as the original course due to possible changes in legislation or available knowledge. The refresher courses should be done on a three yearly rate as per international best practice.
